Welcome to RepCheer (also “Reputation Athletics,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the website located at https://repcheer.com/ (the “Site”), or by enrolling in or participating in any of our programs or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site or enroll in our programs.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Services
Reputation Athletics provides programs including cheerleading, tumbling, clinics, private lessons, birthday parties, and other youth athletic services.Services, schedules, pricing, and offerings may change without notice.
3. Registration and Payments
We use the information we collect to:
Registration must be completed through our designated online portal (currently Jackrabbit Class).
Payment terms, including fees and schedules, are provided during registration.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
Refunds are limited; once a session begins, payments are typically non-refundable unless otherwise determined at our discretion.
Additional costs (uniforms, events, travel, costumes, etc.) are the responsibility of participants unless otherwise noted.
Late or missed payments may result in suspension of participation.

Service providers performing services on our behalf
Law enforcement/governmental agencies if required by law

5. Code of Conduct
All athletes, parents, and spectators must behave respectfully toward staff and participants.
Bullying, harassment, abusive behavior, or disregard for rules is prohibited.
Parents/guardians are expected to supervise and comply with facility rules when on-site.
We reserve the right to remove or suspend participants for misconduct or unsafe behavior without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
Reputation Athletics is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or participation in our programs.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reputation Athletics, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut and applicable U.S. federal laws.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Connecticut.
